Japan has the second highest life expectancy, next to Monaco being the first. Monaco is the second smallest country in the world, but they have the highest life expectancy of an average of 89.4 years while Japan is about 85.3 years.

But what about the United States of America? With the continuous decline of life expectancy due to higher rates of suicide, drug overdose, stroke, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, flu/pneumonia, chronic lower respiratory diseases, and unintentional injuries, they ranked forty-third with an average life expectancy of 78.7 years.

To lessen the constant drop of the life expectancy, change, is what we all need to do. Change, regardless of how small it is, gets you one step closer to your goal.
